We work Monday-Saturday and orders take approximately 4-7 business days to ship. Please be patient and read our policy before you order.
Items are shipped from various fulfillment centers, as some items may ship directly from here within the United States, as well from China and also at times, India.
Orders are shipped from our U.S. Warehouse per our vendor, as some items are shipped directly from overseas (please allow 4-5 weeks for items to be delivered). But if items are to sell out (wigs or lashes, clothing) then they will then be sent from our vendor's overseas fulfillment center instead, which can result in delayed shipping time frames and ETA's (4-5 weeks to be delivered at most).
Emails and Direct Messages (via Instagram) take approximately 1-4 business days to receive a response. Please note that the wait time is extensive due to high traffic and if you email us repeatedly it could potentially cause further delay on your request. We work on a first come first serve basis.
Store credits or claims are only valid 24 hours after receiving the package; after that we cannot offer store credits or exchange any merchandise.
